6-MONTH PARTS ONLY WARRANTY TERMS: Jetmoto warrants to the purchaser that it will replace free of charge, during usual working hours, any part except for tires, batteries, starters, brakes and body parts, that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, for a period of 180 days from the date of delivery, WITH THE EXCEPTIONS SHOWN BELOW. The warranty covers replacement of the part only and DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY LABOR.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: (1) PARTS THAT ARE DAMAGED BY ABUSE, NEGLECT, OR ACCIDENT; (2) FLUIDS OR SHIPPING CHARGES; (3) LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; NOR DO REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT EXTEND THIS WARRANTY BEYOND THE DESCRIBED PERIOD FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

Jetmoto makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, other than warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose implied by law, and shall not be liable for any damages other than those provided by law.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXTENDED ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND IS NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
